Invitation printed in color with a military scene on the front fold. Interior provides details regarding a reception for veterans of the Black Hawk War to be held in Spanish Fork, Utah on August 21st to 23rd, 1895. Also includes the envelope, and a newspaper clipping on petrification with a note by Heber J. Richards.
